Bushiroad English Conference Winter 2025
Singapore (January 24, 2025) — During the Bushiroad English Conference Winter 2025, Bushiroad International announced several new products for their English edition trading card game titles Cardfight!! Vanguard, Weiß Schwarz, and Shadowverse: Evolve; as well as Bushiroad Championship Series 24/25 World Finals and Bushiroad Summer Fest 2025 news.
Cardfight!! Vanguard
Several new tournament initiatives were announced for Cardfight!! Vanguard, as well as a new product.
The eighth booster pack, Knights 0f Rebirth, will go on sale June 27 and preorders are now available at all official Bushiroad stores. This is the climax booster of CARDFIGHT!! VANGUARD Divinez DELUXE Arc!, featuring powerful units from the animation.
The first volume of Cardfight!! Vanguard Skyride will go on sale April 18. Cardfight!! Vanguard Skyride is an original manga featuring a brand-new protagonist, Zero, and his pal Vyrgilla. Together they’ll take part in ultra-dangerous “Skyride” battles in the sky.
The Valentine Duo Cup will take place this February. Players will pair up to compete for an exclusive playmat featuring Nao and Mikoto from the animation. Each pair will also receive a themed energy card.
Vanguard Day returns in February. All participants will receive a Destined One Energy card and the winner will receive a special playmat featuring Kyohma Kurosaki.
Vanguard Day continues in April. All participants will receive a Fated One Energy card and the winner will receive a special playmat featuring Jinki.
Yumenokessho Cup returns with Vol. 4 in March. All participating players will receive a pack of sleeves featuring ROSE. The Top 8 players and winners will also receive an additional pack.
Yumenokessho Cup will continue with Vol. 5 in May. All participating players will receive a special promo card featuring PASTEL, and winners will receive a playmat featuring an illustration of POPY.
To commemorate the 10th anniversary of Cardfight!! Vanguard G and the release of the sixth booster pack, Generation Dragenesis, 50 stores worldwide will be able to host the special tournament, Regalis Cup. Participants will receive an April 2024 Monthly Tournament Promo Pack and the champion will walk away with this special playmat.
Attend the Ancient Magus’ Bride Cup this June to receive a special promo card featuring Chise and Elias.
Weiß Schwarz
Several new products and a new tournament initiative were announced for Weiß Schwarz.
Chisato and Takina are making their return in an all-new Premium Booster product this June, featuring beautiful new illustrations of the Lycoris Recoil cast from various artists.
Hatsune Miku and her friends will make their appearance soon in HATSUNE MIKE: COLORFUL STAGE. There will be five Trial Deck+ and a Booster Pack product of fan-favorite characters.
Trial Deck and Booster Pack Disney Mirrorverse will be released in July, featuring fan-favorite characters in reimagined battle-ready styles. Disney Mirrorverse is only available for sale in select Asian territories.
Meister Cup, a new shop-level tournament, will begin in June at select stores worldwide. Players will use decks from the same titles to battle it out for special high-rarity promo cards from the same title.
Shadowverse: Evolve
Take fate into your own hands with the release of the 10th booster set, Gods of the Arcana, on June 20.
Tarot-inspired cards like VI. Milteo, the Lovers and VII. Oluon, the Chariot will be joining the fray alongside powerful “advanced” cards that have their own unique summoning conditions.
New leader cards such as Fennie, Resplendent Phoenix and Aenea, Gentle Amethyst will make their appearance alongside the Omens who last appeared in the fifth booster set, Omens Eternal.
Gods of the Arcana will also mark Shadowverse: Evolve’s second anniversary, and each card pack has a chance of containing an “Anniversary” card with a hot-stamped serial number ranging from 1 to 10
To celebrate the release of Gods of the Arcana, official Bushiroad stores will be holding release tournaments in the Sealed format from June 20 to July 20. Sealed is a new format where players will construct a deck from cards opened in either 8 or 12 card packs. Stores will be able to choose between 8 or 12 card packs for the release tournaments.
As a collaboration with Shadowverse: Worlds Beyond, Worlds Beyond starter sets will be released on June 20.
Worlds Beyond starter sets will contain one of the two starter decks “Blade of Resentment” or “Wrath of the Greatwyrm,” an expansion pack with cards to upgrade your starter decks, three packs of the 10th booster set, as well as a leader card featuring artwork of one of the two new leaders from Shadowverse: Worlds Beyond.
Official ambassadors DifferentFight and Red Zone Rogue will be casting Grand Showdown Someren. There will also be announcements for upcoming products and restrictions at the end of the stream.
After Grand Showdown Someren 2025, Grand Showdowns will be changed to be simultaneously held across all regions once every quarter. Entry into each Grand Showdown will cost USD40 and participants will receive an entry set that includes a storage box, playmat, and promo card. The contents of the entry set will change twice a year.
Events
All Bushiroad Championship Series 24/25 world finalists will receive an exclusive supply set consisting of a storage box, deck case, card sleeves, and playmat.
The top 8 and top 4 players will also receive special hot-stamped versions of the above promo card.
The champion will receive the above promo card.
Starting from 2025, Bushiroad Spring Fest will be rebranded as the Bushiroad Summer Fest and run from May to September.
Players will be able to take part in teams of three to compete for the above promo cards.
The Bushiroad EXPO experience continues this year with even more locations than before. All attendees will receive the above promo cards.
Bushiroad Card Game Festival will be making its way to Singapore this year as part of TableCon Quest this August. There will be activities, exhibitions, and various card game tournaments. Stay tuned to our social media channels for more information.
