Eligibility | All fighters may participate in the Shop Challenges / Regional Championship. There will be a region lock on the eligibility of receiving invites to World Finals. The event is grouped into 3 regions:

Certain Weiß Schwarz Titles may not be used at specific BCS2023 locations Cards from expansions that are available after Sneak Preview / Pre-sale events are not allowed for use in the tournaments until the expansions are officially released. |
Deck | A player must use the same deck throughout a tournament. No switching of cards is permitted in between games within a tournament. It is mandatory to register the deck via BushiNavi |

Sleeving |
Fighters are required to use opaque card sleeves so that the back of cards cannot be easily distinguished. Oversleeves with a Matte finishing on one side and Gloss finishing on the other side are allowed. However, the Matte finishing has to be uniform throughout, on either the front or back of the cards. Oversleeves with patterns or borders are not allowed.

Cardfight!! Vanguard V Premium and Premium Format: Imaginary Gift markers & G-deck (if any) Cardfight!! Vanguard Standard Format: You MUST use different card sleeves from your main deck for your Ride Deck. Cardfight!! Vanguard V Premium and Premium Format: You may choose to sleeve your Imaginary Gift Markers. However, if you do, you MUST use different card sleeves from your main deck for your Imaginary Gift markers. Cardfight!! Vanguard Premium Format: You MUST use different card sleeves from your main deck for your G units. |

Players have 10 minutes to finish the 3 extra turns. After 10 minutes or end of the third turn, whichever comes first, the winner is decided in the following manner:
In top-cut, players will have 10 minutes to finish 3 extra turns. After 10 minutes or end of the third turn, whichever comes first, the winner is decided in the following manner: Players with less damage/lower clock/less clock wins the game. If the damage/clock is the same, both players play until the next instance of damage is taken/healed. The player with less damage/lower level/ less clock wins the game. |

* Cutting to Top 8 or Top 4 may be subjected to change based on the number of participants and schedule. Shops will have the discretion to determine either Top 8 or Top 4 cuts, nonetheless we do recommend to follow the table above for Top cuts. Shops are required to announce it before the tournament starts.
