	Senior Events Executive
Job Description: Provide support and guidance to the team members Organize Bushiroad’s official trading card games tournament circuits that take place worldwide (from the start to the end) Recommend and execute creative enhancements that boost publicity, generate engagement for various Bushiroad’s events and tournaments circuits Manage shop tournaments Manage PR materials to be used at events Manage events budgets, expenses and negotiate for best rates Manage / support other events (including mobile gaming) Work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of events
Job Requirements: Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Events Management/Operations, Marketing or related field Excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral Knowledge in our trading card games would be advantageous Has an innovative mindset to strategically plan annual tournament schedules for Bushiroad’s trading card games (TCG) brands Must have basic knowledge of social media management Well-organized and meticulous with an eye for detail Adaptable and innovative, with a problem-solving attitude Excellent at schedule management and multi-tasking Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills Open to work on some weekends/public holidays for Company events Open to travel overseas for business trips when required
Good to Have: Experience in playing Bushiroad’s TCG products will be a bonus
