Bushiroad Inc. was founded in 2007 as a company primarily focused on the production and sale of trading card games (TCGs) and the production of various content. By diversifying and applying its intellectual property (IP) through media mix strategies, the company has continued to grow and celebrated its 18th anniversary on May 18, 2025.
Bushiroad International Pte Ltd was established in Singapore on November 12, 2010 in order to expand the overseas market for Bushiroad card games. The company was formerly known as Bushiroad South East Asia Pte Ltd before the present name was adopted in August 2017
Bushiroad USA Inc. was established in Los Angeles, California on May 18, 2012, to better cater to the growing demand and interest in Bushiroad products from both players and retailers in North America.
