Events Executive

Job Description
- Organize Bushiroad’s official trading card games tournament circuits that take place worldwide (from the start to the end)
- Recommend and execute creative enhancements that boost publicity, generate engagement for various Bushiroad’s events and tournaments circuits
- Manage shop tournaments
- Manage PR materials to be used at events
- Manage events budgets, expenses and negotiate for best rates
- Manage / support other events (including mobile gaming)
- Work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of events

Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Events Management/Operations, Marketing or related field
- Candidates with 2-3 years of relevant working experience would be preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral
- Knowledge in our trading card games would be advantageous
- Must have basic knowledge of social media management
- Well-organized and meticulous with an eye for detail
- Adaptable and innovative, with a problem-solving attitude
- Excellent at schedule management and multi-tasking
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Open to work on some weekends/public holidays for Company events
- Open to travel overseas for business trips when required

Good to Have
- Experience in playing Bushiroad’s trading card games (TCGs) will be a bonus
- Knowledge of Japanese language would be advantageous in order to liaise with Japanese speaking associates
