Marketing Team Leader |

Job Description:
- Oversee various marketing projects for the Company’s TCG brands
- Manage a small team of marketers (project timelines, monthly deliverables etc.)
- Writing, proofreading and editing copy for the Company’s websites, press releases, social media, and various other creative contents as and when required
- Improve on-the-ground and digital ad campaigns through a data-driven approach
- Assist and execute various ad-hoc projects and events

Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Communications/Marketing or equivalent
- At least 3 years in a marketing role (in-house or agency)
- Excellent communication skills in English (written & spoken)
- Keen interest and knowledge in Japanese animation and/or gaming subculture
- A social media native – Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube and paid ad platforms
- Excellent at schedule management and multitasking
- Meticulous and innovative problem solver with an eye for detail
- Sensitive to cultural nuances
- Open to work on some weekends/public holidays for Company events
- Open to travel overseas for business trips when required
- Competency in Japanese is a plus (please indicate level of proficiency)
