Eligibility Anyone may participate in any Shop Challenges.

Champions of Shop Challenges will be awarded with a BYE Card that grants round bye(s) at a Regional Championship. Players holding the card may submit it at any Regional Championship to claim their round bye(s).

*Players can hold more than 1 BYE card by participation and winning at multiple Shop Challenges. However, only up to 1 BYE Card can be used in one Regional Championship for one game.

Side Events

Free Fight will be held alongside the main tournaments of Regional Championships as side events.

Free Fight is organized for players to play simply for fun without competition, while encouraging them to make new friends with other players.

* Side events may not be available at all locations.

Format and Regulation Free Fight is organized for players to play simply for fun without competition, while encouraging them to make new friends with other players.
Free Fight forms will be provided for participants to record who they are playing with during the Free Fight time. Players who have at least 2 rounds of matches with 2 different people will be eligible to redeem 1 piece of the Free Fight PR card.
Language Only English Edition cards may be used
Eligibility For anyone not participating in or have dropped out from the main tournament
Prize 1 Side Event PR card of the game played
Redemption After the Free Fight time ends, a redemption period will be announced.

Events Executive
Job Description:

  • Organize Bushiroad's official trading card games tournament circuits that take place worldwide, including executing creative inputs and recommendations to enhance publicity and engagement
  • Manage shop tournaments
  • Manage PR materials to be used at events
  • Manage events budgets, expenses and negotiate for best rates
  • Manage / support other events (including mobile gaming)
  • Work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of events
Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma,Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Events Management/Operations, Marketing or related field
  • Candidates with relevant working experience would be preferred
  • Knowledge in our trading card games would be advantageous
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral
  • Knowledge of Japanese language would be advantageous in order to liaise with Japanese speaking associates
  • Well-organized and meticulous to details
  • Excellent at schedule management and multi-tasking
  • Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Open to work on some weekends/public holidays for Company events
  • Open to travel overseas for business trips when required

Development Executive
Job Description:

  • Managing development and production of card games
  • Liaising with Japanese and American companies for development and licensing
  • Creating and processing of documents for licensing, in both Japanese and English
  • Proofreading of card text translated from Japanese to English
  • Translation of card text from Japanese to English
Job Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Japanese, both written and oral, in order to liaise with Japanese speaking associates
  • Sensitive to cultural and linguistic nuances
  • Excellent at schedule management and multi-tasking
  • Adept at working both independently and in a team
  • Effective decision-making skills and strong problem-solving skills
  • Meticulous and attentive to detail
  • Have some knowledge in games or anime
