When using BRI Services and BRI Contents (definitions are defined in Terms of Use presented with this Consent to Submit Personal Information), you may provide your personal information to us. Such personal information will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy presented with this Consent to Submit Personal Information, and the following terms and regulations.
Please read and understand the following regulations that our organization follows to keep your submitted information safe.

    1. Only for continuing and increasing quality of BRI Services and BRI Contents, we will submit personal information to a third party existing outside of European Economic Area with complying the applicable regulation (such as Regulation (EU) 2016/679 “General Data Protection Regulation”).
    2. Your information may be shared or consigned with a professional in the case that an inquiry leading to an inspection arises.
    3. Notwithstanding the above, at no time at all will your personal information be submitted to a third party for reasons other than legal issues or unless consent is granted from the individual.
  3. Arbitrary property regarding personal information

    1. All personal information submitted by the applicant is done on a voluntary basis. However, if our organization is unsatisfied with the information provided, the specific services cannot be provided.
  4. Disclosure etc. requests procedure

    1. Should an applicant wish to submit a disclosure request, or to have any personal information previously submitted erased or edited, please contact BRI to email address designated by BRI for a specific BRI Service.

Please print and fill in the above deck registration forms and pass them to us during Registration at the Welcome Dinner (19th January 2019).

BCS2018 World Finals General Regulations & Formats
Format Individual
Eligibility Only invited players may participate in the tournament
Language Only English edition cards may be used.
Cards Cards from new expansions are legal to use from the expansion’s official release date.
Cards from expansions which are available after Sneak Preview / Pre-sale events are not allowed for use in the tournaments until the expansions are officially released.
Deck A player must use the same deck throughout a tournament. No switching of cards is permitted in between games within a tournament, except for the situations specified in the Sideboard Ruling for BFE & DB Best of 3 tournaments.
Sleeving Fighters are required to use the provided Bushiroad official sleeves.
All participants will receive sleeves during registration at Welcome Dinner.
Sleeves used for all cards must be of the same design unless otherwise stated.

Exception: VGE: Imaginary Gift Markers & G Deck (if any) | BFE: Flag, Lost Deck | DB: Banner

VGE: Players may use different card sleeves from their deck for their G Units. Sleeves used for the other cards must be of the same design.

BFE: Players may use different card sleeves from their deck for their Flag.
Sleeves used for the Main Deck and Buddy Monster must be of the same design. Sleeves used for the Lost Deck must be of a separate design from the Main Deck. Sleeves for the Sideboard must be the same as the Main Deck or Lost Deck depending on where the cards belong.

DB: Players may use different card sleeves from their deck for their Banners.
Sleeves used for the other cards, including main deck and side-board must be of the same design.

Time Out Swiss Rounds: 3 Extra Turns, maximum of 10 minutes, followed by double loss.
After top-cut: 3 Extra Turns, maximum of 10 minutes, followed by sudden death.

Deck Check

To avoid disputes and cases of cheating, we would require all participants to fill in Deck Registration Forms, which include their deck list and a media release and ruling agreement before registering for the tournaments.

Deck and Sleeve Checking

Organizer must check the Top 8 players’ cards and sleeves against their deck lists before starting Top 8 rounds. Deck and Sleeve Checking does not have to be performed before the Top 8 rounds, unless there are any disputes.

Job Scope:

  • Formulation of HR Policies and Strategies that include
    1. Hiring – Prepare, manage and advertise job postings that will entice job applicants as well as actively looking out for talent
    2. Career development – Develops, plans, and/or manages employee-relations activities and programs including but not limited to employee development and career planning, employee counselling, policy interpretation and compliance, new employee orientation, and employee recognition programs
  • Drafting and updating forms, SOPs, policies and other HR related documents
  • Communicating and explaining the company’s HR policies to the employees
  • Provide proactive employee relation skills to employees at various levels of the organization, including but not limited to acting as a trusted HR advisor to managers in order to build and maintain high performing teams
  • Facilitates effective and positive resolution of employee issues, displaying a genuine interest and respect for people and their concerns
  • Arrange for necessary work permits and visas for any foreign employees/candidates
  • Administers performance review program
  • Admin tasks such as handling employee’s leave applications, MCs etc.
  • Planning HR/Admin functions and budget

Qualifications:
