1. Entry in any of the giveaways is deemed as acceptance of their terms and conditions.
2. The giveaways are only open to legal residents not residing in the following regions: Japan, China, Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan. Employees of Bushiroad, their immediate family members, and anyone otherwise similarly connected are also excluded from these giveaways.
4. Entries are to be submitted in English only.
5. Each person is limited to one (1) entry per social media platform and may only win one (1) time across all entries.
6. Entries will only be accepted during the stated periods.
7. Bushiroad International Pte Ltd will not be responsible for entries that are not received for whatever reason.
8. Bushiroad International Pte Ltd reserves the right to cancel, amend, suspend, or modify the giveaway and its terms and conditions without prior notice.
9. Bushiroad International Pte Ltd reserves the right to substitute or amend the prizes without prior notice, and giveaway prizes are at the sole discretion of Bushiroad International Pte Ltd.
10. Bushiroad International Pte Ltd and its employees will randomly pick the winner from the list of complete entries, and winners will be notified via email within 7 days of the announcement date. If the winner cannot be contacted or fails to claim the prize within the stipulated period, the giveaway prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be chosen.
11. Bushiroad International Pte Ltd’s decision in all matters related to the giveaways will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
12. Winners will be notified upon item delivery.
13. Winners agree to the use of their name, image, as well as their entries, in all publicity material, without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent. 14. By entering a giveaway, the entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Bushiroad, its subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, directors, and employees from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) his/her participation in this giveaway and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any giveaway item or any portion thereof; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry or the giveaway process; (v) electronic or human error in the administration of the giveaway or the processing of entries.
15. These giveaways are in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms Inc., Alphabet Inc., Amazon.com, Inc., or X Corp.
