Sales & Logistics Team Leader
Job Description:

  • Lead and mentor team members to develop and implement strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, increase revenue and expand market share in both existing and new markets
  • Work closely with team to enhance their proficiency and product knowledge, enabling them to sell effectively to our distributors and retailers
  • Build and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers and key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Drive business by identifying new business opportunities, drive growth through identifying and meeting potential clients and building positive relationships
  • Facilitate clear communication across departments to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Develop and manage budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness while meeting sales targets
  • Conduct market research to stay informed of industry trends, competitor activities, customer demands and suggest ways for improvements
  • Dashboard reporting on sales performance for product line and distributor/region sales through data collection and analysis
  • Oversee logistics operations to ensure timely, accurate and cost-effective delivery of products
  • Oversee inventory management, monitor products availability
  • Coordinate with warehouses, freight forwarders, and third-party logistics providers to resolve any issues and ensure smooth shipping and fulfilment
  • Generate reports, maintain accurate and up-to-date records of orders, shipments, inventory levels and other logistics-related data
  • Support in internal and external audits
Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Business, Sales, Logistics & Supply Chain or any relevant field of study
  • Has at least 3-5 years of relevant work experience in a sales or business development role or equivalent
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Possess leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
  • Strong analytical skills to analyse market trends and identify new opportunities for growth
  • Experience in managing budgets and forecasting sales targets
  • Proficient in MS Office software
  • Possess driving license class 3/3A
  • Able to travel overseas for business trips when required
  • Open to work in warehouse when required
  • Open to work on some weekends/public holidays for Company events
Good to Have:

  • Japanese language proficiency (please indicate level of proficiency if applicable)
  • Experience in playing Bushiroad’s TCGs will be a bonus

Updates on Bushiroad Championship Series 24/25 Regional Qualifier – Yogyakarta

We have been made aware of a case of attempted bribery that occurred during the recently concluded Bushiroad Championship Series 24/25 Regional Qualifier in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. After investigation, we have found evidence that indicated deliberate attempts to manipulate tournament results by convincing their opponents to concede with bribery.

As such, the following penalties will be imposed on the player in question under the infraction of cheating:
– Revocation of their Bushiroad Championship Series 24/25 Regional Qualifier Yogyakarta, Indonesia placement and prizes
– 24-months ban from taking part in any Bushiroad Official Tournaments, Bushiroad Sanctioned Tournaments, and/or any tournaments that utilize Bushi Navi (until Dec. 4, 2026)

We would like to remind all players that any attempts to bribe an opponent will result in immediate disqualification. We urge the community to remain civil in their discussions of this incident and refrain from making comments or videos that intentionally target groups or individuals related to the incident. Thank you for your understanding.

Job Description:

  • Managing and updating official social media and website
  • Copywriting for social media, website, articles, monthly newsletter (B2C & B2B)
  • Brainstorming and proposing new promotional plans to boost brand image and awareness
  • Preparing press releases
  • Managing community outreach (speaking to community leaders, YouTuber collaborations)
  • Managing digital promotion (Google Ads, Facebook Ads)
  • Tailor promotional plans to fit each product release
  • Data analysis (social media, surveys, ads)
Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Marketing/Communications
  • At least 2-3 years of relevant work experience
  • Strong understanding of social media/digital marketing platforms
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Japanese, both written and oral, in order to liaise with Japanese speaking associates

What is「Bushiroad Expo 2024」？

「Bushiroad Expo 2024」is an exhibition organized by the Bushiroad Group, featuring various Bushiroad titles and brands, including Trading Card Games, Video Games, Music, Live Events, Merchandise, Comic Books, and more. Fans both old and new alike will be able to see our exhibits with their very own eyes. Having started with just Asian cities in 2023, this year we plan to showcase our contents all around the world.

Our next stop will be at Anime Festival Asia Singapore 2024 on November 29 – December 1 in Singapore.

    • How to get the autograph session tickets for Hina Aoki & Rin Tateishi
    Every $30 spent on BanG Dream! merchandise at the Bushiroad Sales Booth on Saturday and Sunday will entitle the customer to receive a lottery ticket of their choice for either Hina Aoki’s or Rin Tateishi’s autograph session happening that day.
    Results of the lottery’s winning numbers will be announced on official Bushiroad social media and the website by 4:30PM, and all winners must make their way to the designated venue by 5:45PM to receive their prize.

    – All lottery tickets are while stocks last.

    – The guests will sign on a provided postcard. No other items are allowed for the signing.

    – All autograph regulations are subject to change. Bushiroad reserves the right of final interpretation of all regulations regarding this event.
