All cards can only be used 2 weeks after the official release dates for BSF2024 Regional Championships.

A player must use the same deck throughout a tournament. No switching of cards is permitted in between games within a tournament.
It is mandatory to register the deck (submit the Deck Log code) upon tournament registration.

*Cardfight!! Vanguard Standard Format: Ride decks will be used for this format. It is mandatory to indicate your ride deck on your Deck Log.
Discrepancies between the deck list and actual deck used in the tournament may result in a penalty.

Fighters are required to use opaque card sleeves so that the back of cards cannot be easily distinguished.
Sleeves used for all cards must be of the same design unless otherwise stated.
No bordered oversleeves are allowed.
Matte sleeves are to be uniform on the deck being played. (i.e. The matte side are all on either front or back.)
Standard-sized sleeves may not be used for Cardfight!! Vanguard on main deck.
All participants are not allowed to change their deck sleeves once their respective tournament begins.

Cardfight!! Vanguard Standard Format: You MUST use different card sleeves from your main deck for your Ride Deck.

Cardfight!! Vanguard V-Premium and Premium Format: You may choose to sleeve your Imaginary Gift Markers. However, if you do, you MUST use different card sleeves from your main deck for your Imaginary Gift markers.

Cardfight!! Vanguard Premium Format:: You MUST use different card sleeves from your main deck for your G units.

Time-up Policy

Swiss
Double loss will be awarded to both players once time is up.

Top-Cut
Players have 10 minutes to finish the 3 extra turns. After 10 minutes or end of the third turn, whichever comes first, the winner is decided in the following manner:

• Cardfight!! Vanguard: The player with less damage wins the game. If the damage is the same, both players play until the next instance of damage is taken/healed. The player with less damage wins the game.
• Weiß Schwarz: The player with the lower level wins the game. If the level is the same, the player with less clock wins the game. If the clock is the same, both players play until the next instance of damage is taken. The player with less lower level/ less clock wins the game.
• Shadowverse: Evolve: The player whose leader has more defense wins the game. If both leaders have the same defense, the game continues until there is a change in leader defense.

There will be no time limit for Final.
