Singapore (October 20, 2023) – Bushiroad International announces new products and collaborations for English Edition Trading Card Game (TCG) titles Cardfight!! Vanguard, Weiß Schwarz and Shadowverse: Evolve via the Bushiroad English Conference Autumn 2023.

Cardfight!! Vanguard
The dashing Touken Danshi from Touken Ranbu ONLINE 2023 return to Cardfight!! Vanguard.

This new product introduces brand new mechanics and new forms for the well-loved characters of the franchise.

Touken Ranbu is a popular browser game developed by Nitroplus and DMM Games that has enthralled fans since 2015. In this game, the player goes up against a mysterious enemy as a saniwa with the ability to manifest powerful allies from legendary swords of Japan’s past.

Collaboration cards featuring Mushiking: King of the Beetles will be made available in the upcoming Booster Pack 13: Flight of Chakrabarthi.

Mushiking is a collectible card game developed by Sega that involves card battles featuring various species of beetles. Players do battle via arcade machines that also dispense the cards.

Cards featuring the BanG Dream! AI Singing Synthesizer “Yumenokesshou” characters POPY and ROSE will also be made available soon.

These cards can be used with decks of any nation, and will be first made available during the Anime Festival Asia event held in Singapore. It will be distributed worldwide at a later date.

Bushiroad’s flagship card game Cardfight!! Vanguard recently celebrated its 10th anniversary. The TV anime series has aired since January 2011, and over 2 billion cards have been sold through multimedia expansion worldwide. Cardfight!! Vanguard has since been adapted into comics, stage performances, and various events and collaborations with external partners.

Weiß Schwarz
Nostalgic titles return to the stage of Weiß Schwarz in Booster Pack Dengeki Bunko.

Cards from fan-favourite franchises like A Certain Magical Index and Sword Art Online will be available in this product. Players can choose to build decks consisting of cards only from the Dengeki Bunko release, or use cards from a specific series, such as Sword Art Online, to power up their existing Sword Art Online decks.

Bocchi and her friends will perform on the stage of Weiß Schwarz soon with Trial Deck & Booster Pack Bocchi the Rock.

Socially awkward Hitori Goto is given a chance to fulfil her dream of being a rock musician when she is invited to join the newly formed “Kessoku Band”.

Trial deck products contain prebuilt decks that can be used for play out of the box, while booster pack products contain cards that can be used to upgrade the trial decks, or to build entirely new decks.

BanG Dream! Girls Band Party Countdown Collection Premium Booster will be released for the English edition of Weiß Schwarz.

This product contains beautiful new cards that celebrate the game’s 6th anniversary.

BanG Dream! is a next-generation girls band project that links animated characters with real life performances. It is a media franchise that spans an official anime, games, and live performances.

On top of that, the new band MyGO!!!!! will make their debut in Weiß Schwarz with Trial Deck BanG Dream! [MyGO!!!!!].

Relive the series finale once again in Weiß Schwarz with Booster Pack Saekano the Movie: Finale.

High school student Tomoya Aki is inspired to create a dating simulation video game after a chance encounter with Megumi Kato, who becomes his muse for the project.

The iconic Huntress team returns in Premium Booster RWBY.

Set in the fictional world of Remnant, Ruby, Weiss, Blake and Yang are warriors that fight to protect their world from monsters called Grimm.

Premium Boosters have lesser card types compared to Booster Pack, but includes special parallel rarities that make it more appealing for collectors.

Weiß Schwarz allows players to relive their favorite animations and games through an exciting, fast-paced card game. Popular titles such as Date A Live, That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime, and Re:ZERO -Starting Life in Another World- have graced the game, along with many others.

Shadowverse: Evolve
Shop tournament participants will receive 1 promo card from Promo Series 3 starting from December 2023 to January 2024.

Promo Series 3 features cards from the first crossover set, Umamusume: Pretty Derby.

All invitees to the World Finals will receive both the unevolved and evolved versions of Crystalia Tia, an exclusive playmat, as well as an exclusive flair on Bushi Navi just for participation.

The top 4 players of the World Finals will receive a certificate and Bushi Navi flair, and the top 3 players will also receive a trophy.

The world champion will receive the one-of-a-kind promo card, Alice, Wonderland Explorer, as well as an invite to next year’s world finals tournament.

Players who missed their chance to qualify for the World Invitational 2023 World Finals will be able to take part in the upcoming Last Chance Qualifiers starting in December.

The Last Chance Qualifiers will be open to all participants except those who have already earned a sponsored invite to the World Finals. The locations for the Last Chance Qualifiers are as follows:

The first crossover set, Umamusume: Pretty Derby, will be launching on December 8.

There will also be a total of three booster pack designs in the crossover set, so be sure to collect them all.

The fourth booster set, Cosmic Mythos, will be entering orbit on Apr. 12, 2024.

This set will feature cards that are inspired by the mysterious cosmos, such as Cassiopeia and Andromeda, as well as classic mythology, such as Mars and Medusa.

Shadowverse: Evolve is a competitive trading card game where players battle using one of six different classes, summoning followers and casting spells to defeat their opponents. The gameplay closely follows the digital collectible card game, with the inclusion of new mechanics that allow for new ways to play.

After four years, the Bushiroad Championship Series World Finals returns to Tokyo, Japan.

Top players from around the world will gather at Akihabara UDX on February 3, 2024 for a chance to be crowned World Champion.

The event was held in Los Angeles, California earlier this year.

During the Bushiroad Championship Series that took place in Costa Rica on October 8th, 2023, the information that was communicated to the winner of the event was inaccurate with regard to the usage of Nazarick: Tomb of the Undead Vol.2. We would like to confirm that Nazarick: Tomb of the Undead Vol.2 is ineligible to be used in events in Costa Rica. As this was not communicated clearly by us, the champion will be allowed to keep his world’s invite for the remainder of the Bushiroad Championship Series 2023.

We would like to extend our apologies to the champion, as well as to the attendees of the event pertaining to the miscommunication in this matter. We would seek to improve all communications for future events.

Regarding other matters concerning the Bushiroad Championship Series for upcoming regions, the schedule page will be updated with the title restrictions for each region to ensure that all parties are aware of the title restrictions in place.
