Event Details

  • Participants can only sign up for one event each day. If multiple entries are found, they will be removed.
  • Tournament Registration will be done within the Bushiroad EXPO hall and will close at 11am sharp. Latecomers will not be entertained.
  • We highly suggest that participants have breakfast before coming to the event as no meal breaks are planned.
  • Bottled drinks and packet snacks are allowed for this event. However, please maintain proper hygiene and do not litter at the event hall.

Ticket Redemption & Entry Details

  • Applicants with "Selected" status on BushiNavi must report to Suntec Convention Centre Room 332 on the 3rd floor between 8:30 to 9:15 am with their constructed decks to collect their passes. Applicants with "Waiting List" status on BushiNavi may choose to queue up there, and remaining passes will be distributed on a first come first serve basis starting from 9:15 am.
  • Players who have qualified for the Shadowverse: Evolve Regional Qualifiers must report to Suntec Convention Centre Room 332 on the 3rd floor between 8:30 to 9:15 am with their constructed decks to collect their passes.
  • Participants who have received the wristband will be escorted to the event fast lane, where they will be able to enter the venue between 9:30am to 10:00am through the Hall 405 doors. Subsequent entries past 10am must be through the main Hall 403/404 doors.
  • Upon entering, participants will be escorted to the tournament area and held there until the conclusion of Round 2.
  • Any participant who is discovered to be taking part without intending to play in the tournament will have their wristband removed and escorted out of the event venue.
  • The registration for BCS 2023 will be opening on 27th October 2023, 4pm SGT

Job Description:

  • Organize Bushiroad’s official trading card games tournament circuits that take place worldwide (from the start to the end)
  • Recommend and execute creative enhancements that boost publicity, generate engagement for various Bushiroad’s events and tournaments circuits
  • Manage shop tournaments
  • Manage PR materials to be used at events
  • Manage events budgets, expenses and negotiate for best rates
  • Manage / support other events (including mobile gaming)
  • Work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of events
Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Events Management/Operations, Marketing or related field
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral
  • Knowledge in our trading card games would be advantageous
  • Must have basic knowledge of social media management
  • Well-organized and meticulous with an eye for detail
  • Adaptable and innovative, with a problem-solving attitude
  • Excellent at schedule management and multi-tasking
  • Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Open to work on some weekends/public holidays for Company events

Singapore (July 15, 2023) – “BanG Dream! Girls Band Party!” (English Version) starts its collaboration event with TV anime series “That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime” (Ten-Sura) in-game from July 15 and will run until July 26.

That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime, often referred to as Ten-Sura, is a TV anime series based on the light novel written by Fuse. The anime TV series was firstly released in 2018 and its latest third season is recently announced to air in 2024.

Official launch of Shadowverse: Evolve English edition

Singapore (June 30, 2023) – The English edition of Shadowverse: Evolve is now available at stores worldwide, starting with six starter decks and a booster set, Advent of Genesis.

First released to the Japanese market on April 28, 2022, Shadowverse: Evolve is based on the digital collectible card game Shadowverse and features similar gameplay and characters that fans of the franchise have come to know and love.

Starter Decks #1–6

Each of the six starter decks contains all the items a player will need to get started on their journey. Players who want to learn how to use each deck may read the starter deck introductions here.

Note that, due to production errors, the following items, included with the starter decks, have issues:

  • Evolution Point cards
    • These cards are missing their card name.
  • Play-point punch-out counters
    • The middle of these counters are unable to be removed.

Players with affected Evolution Point cards may receive the correct version at no additional charge from their local stores at a later date. Players may check with their local stores for availability.

Booster Set #1 “Advent of Genesis”

The first booster set, Advent of Genesis, contains cards that players can use to upgrade their starter decks or to build entirely new decks. In addition to cards from the six main classes, Neutral cards, which can be used in decks of any class, will also be included. First-edition prints of this product will also include an exclusive promo pack containing one of six promotional cards.

Shadowverse: Evolve Sidekick App

The official Shadowverse: Evolve companion app includes useful features such as leader defense counters, play point counters, as well as leader emotes, and is now available for download on both the App Store and Google Play.

Demo Caravan

To promote the launch of the English edition of Shadowverse: Evolve, the Bushiroad team will be bringing the Shadowverse: Evolve experience across the globe through the Demo Caravan. Players interested in learning to play Shadowverse: Evolve may take part in exclusive demo sessions with Bushiroad staff. All the necessary decks and materials will be provided. The Shadowverse: Evolve Demo Caravan will take place from June 30, 2023, to August 21, 2023.

Shop Tournaments

Starting in July, Shadowverse: Evolve shop tournaments will be held regularly at all official Bushiroad stores. Participate and collect promo cards from the Promo Series 1 card set to strengthen your deck. Format Individual
Eligibility All fighters may participate in the Shop Challenges / Regional Championship.
There will be a region lock on the eligibility of receiving invites to World Finals.
The event is grouped into 3 regions:

  • North America / Latin America
  • Europe
  • Asia-Oceania
Language Only English edition cards may be used.
Cards

Certain Weiß Schwarz Titles may not be used at specific BCS2023 locations
(Please check the product page to see if the title is allowed to be used for your region).
Cards from new expansions are eligible for play only after 2 weeks of their official release dates for BCS2023 Regional Championships & Shop Challenges. These include cards from the Monthly Shop Tournament, Title Cup, Shop Challenge etc.

Cards from expansions that are available after Sneak Preview / Pre-sale events are not allowed for use in the tournaments until the expansions are officially released.
Deck A player must use the same deck throughout a tournament. No switching of cards is permitted in between games within a tournament.

*Cardfight!! Vanguard Standard Format: Ride decks will be used for this format. It is mandatory to indicate your ride deck on your Deck Log.
Discrepancies between the deck list and actual deck used in the tournament may result in a penalty.
Entry Fee

Entry fees may be charged at each shop’s discretion for Shop Challenges.
Sleeving

Fighters are required to use opaque card sleeves so that the back of cards cannot be easily distinguished.

Oversleeves with a Matte finishing on one side and Gloss finishing on the other side are allowed. However, the Matte finishing has to be uniform throughout, on either the front or back of the cards.

Oversleeves with patterns or borders are not allowed.
For Cardfight!! Vanguard Standard, Cardfight!! Vanguard V Premium, Cardfight!! Vanguard Premium: You are not allowed to use Standard sized sleeves for your main deck.
Sleeves used for all cards must be of the same design unless otherwise stated.

Cardfight!! Vanguard Standard Format: Ride Deck
Cardfight!! Vanguard V Premium and Premium Format: Imaginary Gift markers & G-deck (if any)

Cardfight!! Vanguard Standard Format: You MUST use different card sleeves from your main deck for your Ride Deck.

Cardfight!! Vanguard V Premium and Premium Format: You may choose to sleeve your Imaginary Gift Markers. However, if you do, you MUST use different card sleeves from your main deck for your Imaginary Gift markers.

Cardfight!! Vanguard Premium Format: You MUST use different card sleeves from your main deck for your G units.

Time-up Policy

Players have 10 minutes to finish the 3 extra turns. After 10 minutes or end of the third turn, whichever comes first, the winner is decided in the following manner:

  • Cardfight!! Vanguard: The player with less damage wins the game. If the damage is the same, the game ends in a double loss.
  • Weiß Schwarz: The player with the lower level wins the game. If the level is the same, the player with less clock wins the game. If the clock is the same, the game ends in a double loss.

In top-cut, players will have 10 minutes to finish 3 extra turns. After 10 minutes or end of the third turn, whichever comes first, the winner is decided in the following manner:

Players with less damage/lower clock/less clock wins the game. If the damage/clock is the same, both players play until the next instance of damage is taken/healed. The player with less damage/lower level/ less clock wins the game.

Over 1,000 cards in Standard rules are available to play. Deck building is a breeze with in-game deck recipes, you can also copy the deck of characters from the anime!

Players can experience the world of Vanguard with various modes such as playing solo in “Story Mode”, practicing in “CPU Fight”, playing with friends in “Local Fight” or matching online with fighters all around the world in “Ranked Fight”!
