	Localization Specialist
Job Description: Collaborate closely with our development teams to understand localization needs and requirements Perform localization duties (mainly Japanese to English, potentially English to Japanese) The initial game you will be working on is our mobile game ‘Vanguard ZERO’, hence knowledge on trading card games (TCG) skills will be a plus Plan and manage localization schedules, collaborate cross-functionally with our global teams, and/or external partners to define requirements and manage timelines Support initiatives to foster innovation by analyzing current pain points in workflows and tools and actively provide recommendations for sustainable solutions Collaborate with the game producers to coordinate around upcoming game releases and operational updates With localization as the primary role, you will also be familiarized and cross-trained in operational duties Playing the games and generating feedback and insight as needed

To Qualify for the Championship Tournament, Fighters must meet one of the requirements:

Rules and regulations:

Players must use the @fight function and record their matches via google form with what game they played, their name and ID #, their opponents name and ID #, WIN/LOSS.
Players can qualify for prizes depending on the number of different @fights that are played.
Players must play the full match in order to qualify for prizing and must play different opponents and cannot play the same opponent more than 1 time, multiple @fight matches between the same opponents will not be recorded
@fights will only be recorded during bushi bustle sessions time frames. Submissions earlier or later than the session will be denied.
Those who do not follow Bushiroad Remote Fight guidelines will be disqualified from all events and will be potentially banned from the server or future Bushiroad events.
Bushiroad staff members have the right to deny any participant who is suspected of breaking any Bushiroad regulations.
Participants who have qualified to receive prizing will receive a private message on discord for further information on receiving said prizing.

Q&A

If I reach the minimum for the level 1 prize, do I have to start all over to obtain the level 2 prize?
NO; you will not have to start over, the accumulated matches are counted towards each level of prizing, but you must reach the set amount to qualify for each.
Can I use Japanese cards/proxies/or substitutes within the free fight matches?
NO; you may only use English edition official bushiroad cards and may not substitute or proxy any cards within matches.
You may use Japanese cards if the set has already been released officially in English.
Weiss Schwarz: If your opponent agrees you may use Japanese cards as long as your deck follows the Japan ban list.
VG – Standard & Premium: you may proxy or substitute quick shields or plant tokens.
If I match up with someone without using the @fight function (fight bot) for matching will my match count?
NO; your match will not count; you must use the @fight function to match up with different players in order to qualify for prizing.
How do I report my match?
There will be a google form pinned in each talk/chat room. At the end of every match you will need to fill out the form and submit in order for your match to be valid.
Can I switch decks between each match up?
YES; you may use as many different types of decks as you wish.
Do I have to win all my matches in order to qualify for the prizes?
NO; you do not have to win, but each match must be a different person in order to qualify and you may not play against the same person more than once.
Do tournament matches count as matches towards qualifying?
YES; but only if you were matched up with the fight bot, used @fight, and report on the google form.

General

Format	Individual
Language	Only English edition cards may be used.
Deck	A player must use the same deck throughout a tournament. No switching of cards is permitted in between games within a tournament, except for the situations specified in the Sideboard Ruling for BFE Best of 3 tournaments.
Cards	Cards from new expansions are legal to use from the expansion’s official release date. Cards from expansions which are available after Sneak Preview / Pre-sale events are not allowed for use in the tournaments until the expansions are officially released.
Deck Registration	It is not mandatory to submit a deck list upon tournament registration.
Entry Fee	Please check with your local stores.
Time-up Policy	3-extra turns according to Bushiroad TCG Advanced Floor Rules.

Sideboard Ruling (For Future Card Buddyfight Best of 3 rounds)

Fighters must use the same Buddy and Flag throughout the whole tournament. Fighters cannot change the Buddy or Flag between games.
Fighters can have 0-10 cards for their sideboard.
The 4 per deck rule applies to the main deck and sideboard as a whole. (i.e. You may only have up to 4 of a certain card between your deck and sideboard. Like normal games, your Buddy does not count towards the 4 per deck.)
Between games 1-2 and 2-3 of each round, fighters may use cards from their sideboard to change their deck.
After sideboarding, the deck needs to be in a legal state and the sideboard can be no more than 10 cards.
Fighters must return deck to pre-sideboard state before each new round.

Bushiroad Shop League 2020

In order to adhere to strict social distancing measures during the COVID-19 pandemic, Bushiroad Shop League will be a new Bushiroad-sanctioned tournament series.
Bushiroad Shop League is a special shop level tournament circuit, where players can participate to win exclusive PR items and rank up points on a leaderboard.
During this event shops will be able to incorporate our new Shop League Ladder point system to their regular weekly tournaments, from the dates of September 2020 to December 2020.

Bushiroad Shop League encompasses four tournaments of Bushiroad English Edition trading card games:

● Cardfight!! Vanguard Standard
● Cardfight!! Vanguard Premium
● Weiss Schwarz
● Future Card Buddyfight

Overall Tournament Structure

1. There will only be 1 level of tournament: Shop level.
2. This circuit will adopt an individual tournament format for all games.
3. Each shop can only hold this special shop tournament once a week per game.
4. This circuit will run for 2 seasons

Season 1: September to October 2020
Season 2: November to December 2020

5. The prizes per each tournament are as follows:

Participation: 1 point
3rd Place: 2 points
2nd Place: 3 points
1st Place: 5 points

6. Points are all shop-locked (i.e. if a player wishes to participate in another shop tournament, his/her points will start from 0 for the new shop).

7. At the end of the season, the prizes distributed to each shop will be as follows:

All players with 5 points and above: 1 Participation PR card
3rd Place: 1 copies of a special foil PR card + Certificate (in addition to the participation PR card)
2nd Place: 2 copies of a special foil PR card + Certificate
1st Place with the highest accumulated points for that shop: 3 copies of a special foil PR card + Certificate
