Eligibility | All fighters except the following may participate: * Organizer of the tournament * Staffs of the tournament * Head judge of the tournament * Judges of the tournament This follows the Bushiroad Floor regulation under 1.2.3. Eligibility of Fighters Bushiroad Floor regulation. |
Language | Only English edition cards may be used. |
Cards |
All cards can only be used 1 week after the official release dates for BCS 24/25 Regional Qualifiers. Certain Weiß Schwarz Titles may not be used at specific BCS 24/25 locations. |
Deck |
A player must use the same deck throughout a tournament. No switching of cards is permitted in between games within a tournament. Please kindly refer to the fighter’s rules and deck construction rules below: |
Sleeving |
Fighters are required to use opaque card sleeves so that the back of cards cannot be easily distinguished. Oversleeves with a Matte finishing on one side and Gloss finishing on the other side are allowed. However, the Matte finishing has to be uniform throughout, on either the front or back of the cards. Oversleeves with patterns or borders are not allowed. For Cardfight!! Vanguard (all formats): You are not allowed to use Standard sized sleeves for your main deck. Sleeves used for all cards in the main deck must be of the same design. You may use a combination of sleeves with different illustrations of patterns. (You may use the same for all as well). ※ You may use sleeves with the same design for both your ride deck and G deck. For Shadowverse: Evolve, please note that cards in the Evolve deck can use different sleeve designs from the main deck. |
Important Notes |
Time-up Policy Swiss Top-Cut Cardfight!! Vanguard – Player with less damage wins the game. If damage is the same, both players play until the next instance of damage is taken. Weiß Schwarz – Player with less level wins the game. If Level is the same, player with less clock wins the game. If both level and clock is the same, both players play until the next change of clock is taken. Shadowverse: Evolve – Player with less leader defense loses the game. If leader defense is the same, both players play until the next change of defense at the end of the current turn. The player with less leader defense loses the game.
There will be no time limit for Final. |

Number of rounds will be dependent on the number of participants and schedule. Number of Swiss rounds conducted will be at the organiser’s discretion. If time is up, it will be a double loss. There will be no extra time/turns. |
