Cards

All cards can only be used 1 week after the official release dates for BCS 24/25 Regional Qualifiers.

Certain Weiß Schwarz Titles may not be used at specific BCS 24/25 locations.
This depends on the availability of a license for sale within the regional tournament’s country.

Deck

A player must use the same deck throughout a tournament. No switching of cards is permitted in between games within a tournament.
It is mandatory to register the deck (submit the Deck Log code) upon tournament registration.

Please kindly refer to the fighter’s rules and deck construction rules below:
Cardfight!! Vanguard : https://en.cf-vanguard.com/howto/fighters_rules/
Weiß Schwarz: https://en.ws-tcg.com/rules/deck/
Shadowverse: Evolve: https://en.shadowverse-evolve.com/rules/
*Cardfight!! Vanguard Standard Format: Ride decks will be used for this format. It is mandatory to indicate your ride deck and Crest on your Deck Log.
Discrepancies between the deck list and actual deck used in the tournament may result in a penalty.

Sleeving

Fighters are required to use opaque card sleeves so that the back of cards cannot be easily distinguished.

Oversleeves with a Matte finishing on one side and Gloss finishing on the other side are allowed. However, the Matte finishing has to be uniform throughout, on either the front or back of the cards.

Oversleeves with patterns or borders are not allowed.

For Cardfight!! Vanguard (all formats): You are not allowed to use Standard sized sleeves for your main deck.

Sleeves used for all cards in the main deck must be of the same design.
Sleeves must be used for cards in the ride deck and G deck. (Sleeves must also be used for the ride deck crest)
You may freely choose whether to use sleeves for token cards, marker cards, and cards used to count energy.
If you use sleeves, please use different sleeves in order to distinguish them from your main deck. While the rules for sleeves for token and marker cards are not as detailed as the rules for sleeves for the main deck, please do not use sleeve combinations that may disrupt the fight.

You may use a combination of sleeves with different illustrations of patterns. (You may use the same for all as well).
You may use sleeves made for regular sized cards.
You may use clear sleeves as the sole sleeves.
You may use card loaders, but card loaders that are too thick may disrupt the fight, and should be avoided.

※ You may use sleeves with the same design for both your ride deck and G deck.

For Shadowverse: Evolve, please note that cards in the Evolve deck can use different sleeve designs from the main deck.
