BCS 25/26 – Information

Bushiroad Championship Series (BCS) is an officially sanctioned tournament series held annually across more than 25 locations. Thousands of players gather to face off in heart-racing games for attractive prizes and a coveted invitation to World Finals.

The next season, Bushiroad Championship Series 25/26 (BCS 25/26), will span three regions: Asia & Oceania (AO), Europe & the United Kingdom (EU/UK), and North & Latin America (NA/LA). Players can compete at the shop-level Shop Challenges or directly at the regional-level Regional Qualifiers.

The World Finals is an invite-only event and will be held in Spring 2026.

Tournament Structure

  1. There will be 3 levels of tournaments: Shop Challenges, Regional Qualifiers, and World Finals.
    • Champions of Regional Qualifiers will receive a sponsored invitation to the World Finals in Spring 2026.
      The 2nd and 3rd place will receive non-sponsored invitations to the World Finals.
    • Invitations that are not accepted will be passed down, up to the 4th place. Sponsored invitations may only be passed down to the 4th place if both the 2nd and 3rd place are unable to attend.
    • If the champion of a Regional Qualifier has already accepted a sponsored invitation, the sponsored invitation for that Regional Qualifier will be passed down. Similarly, if the 2nd or 3rd place of a Regional Qualifier has already accepted any invitation, the non-sponsored invitation for that Regional Qualifier will be passed down.
  2. Champions of World Finals 24/25 will receive a sponsored invitation to the next World Finals as returning champions to defend their title.
    • Returning champions will not be able to pass down their invitations.
    • Champions from Bushiroad Championship Series 24/25 will be participating at the Bushiroad Championship Series 25/26 World Finals.
  3. Shop Challenges will be run for all games and formats.
  4. All Regional Qualifiers, as well as World Finals, will be designated as Level 3 tournaments. Side Events held at Regional Qualifier events are designated as Level 1 tournaments.
  5. Players will be able to compete and receive invitations in any region.
  6. Players who have earned multiple World Finals invitations may only accept one invitation and will only receive one set of participation prizes corresponding to the game and format of the accepted invitation.
    • Example 1: Player A receives a World Finals invitation for Cardfight!! Vanguard (Standard) and Shadowverse: Evolve at their region’s Regional Qualifiers. They choose to accept the invitation for Shadowverse: Evolve. As such, they will only be eligible to receive the participation prizes for Shadowverse: Evolve.
    • Example 2: Player B receives a World Finals invitation for Cardfight!! Vanguad (Standard) in two different Regional Qualifiers (X and Y). They choose to accept the invitation from Region X. They will receive a single set of participation prizes for Cardfight!! Vanguard (Standard).

Will winning a Shop Challenges grant a Bye card for Regional Qualifier events?

No. Starting from this season, Shop Challenges will no longer grant Bye cards.

    • How to get Autograph Session Tickets
    A minimum spend of AUD50 at the Bushiroad Sales Booth on Saturday and Sunday entitles each customer to receive a lottery ticket for entry into Aimi’s autograph session that day.

    • All tickets are while stocks last.
    • The guest will sign on a provided postcard. No other items are allowed for the signing.
    • All autograph regulations are subject to change. Bushiroad reserves the right of final interpretation of all regulations regarding this event.

    For 北熊 (Hokuyuu), spend a minimum of AUD50 at the Bushiroad Sales Booth on Saturday or Sunday to receive a ticket for his autograph session happening that day.

    • Every receipt is entitled to receive only one ticket. All tickets are while stocks last.
    • The guest will sign on a provided postcard. You may also choose to receive your autograph on any Bushiroad TCG product card featuring the illustrator’s art.

    • How to get autograph session tickets
    A minimum spend of Rp. 250.000 at the Bushiroad Sales Booth on Saturday and Sunday entitles each customer to receive a ticket of their choice for any of the autograph sessions with the illustrator and voice actresses that day.

    • At the launch of the event, attendees who are queuing to enter the merchandise sales area will be given a numbered entry ticket randomly. Users will then be allowed into the merchandise area in sequential order based on the entry ticket number they receive.
    • Every receipt is only entitled to receive one ticket. All tickets are while stocks last.
    • The guests will sign on a provided postcard. No other items are allowed for the signing.
      • For illustrator guests, you may choose to receive your autograph on any Bushiroad TCG product card featuring the illustrator’s art.
    • All autograph regulations are subject to change. Bushiroad reserves the right of final interpretation of all regulations regarding this event.

    Our content creators’ autographs will be signed on a first-come-first-serve basis, and not everyone may have the chance to receive an autograph due to the limited time. We seek everyone’s kind understanding to respect the private time of the content creators.
