Exhibit Management

• Set up and maintain exhibit displays, ensure that they are organized and well-presented
• Monitor exhibits to prevent damage, theft, or vandalism
• Answer visitors’ queries and provide information about exhibits and artists

Visitor Assistance

• Greet and direct visitors, ensure that they have a positive and memorable experience
• Assist in crowd control and ensure a safe and orderly flow of visitors
• Address visitor inquiries and provide assistance when needed

Security and Vandalism Prevention

• Keep a watchful eye on exhibits to prevent any unauthorized handling or vandalism
• Report any security concerns or incidents to the Event Security Team promptly

Requirements

• Passion for anime, manga, and Japanese pop culture
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
• Proactive and responsible with strong attention to details
• Able to work collaboratively in a team
• Be flexible and willing to assist with other event-related tasks as required
• Able to stand for extended period of time and work flexible hours
• Prior event or customer service experience, as well as knowledge of Bushiroad’s contents is a plus
